Datasets

Current and future users of the first PILATUS 6M detector, which is in operation at the X06SA protein crystallography beamline at the SLS, are welcome to download the following insulin datasets. The images have the miniCBF-header. Expansion to the fullCBF-header can be done with the program convert_minicbf.c from the CBFlib distribution.

Results of processing the data with Wolfgang Kabsch's XDS (see webpage) are meant to make users familiar with processing PILATUS data (see xds_0.2.tgz). Experimental parameters can be looked up in the corresponding XDS.INP file.

The diffraction frames can be displayed with adxv, which has been developed by Andy Arvail (see webpage). The archive adxv.i686FC2.tgz includes two linux executables (adxv, adxv.i686FC2_static). adxv.i686FC2_static is a statically compiled linux binary, adxv a bash-script, which extracts parts of the cbf header and calls adxv.i686FC2_static with various options.
